Needed a structural engineer to write a report to repair, we did. HVAC system failed and mold in four areas, we remediated and rebuilt. Also a water issue upstairs in bedroom and bathroom, we remediated and rebuilt. Did all of this, needing engineer, detach HVAC unit in garage, detach hot water heater.
Home inspector found mold and water damage and it stopped the sale of
the house moving forward. They had mold issues in the bathroom, garage,
water heater closet, under kitchen sink. They also needed someone to
locate an engineer to come out and look at a truss issue. Craig got an
engineer out and got the truss report. Our construction manager had the mold team his rebuild crew take care of the mold and the water damage and then moved into the rebuild and got everything put back together in time for their closing. At the same time office staff worked closely with the adjuster to get everything covered.
